What`s new in Donna`s kitchen, handmade soap, floating soap, sea salt soap, clay sea salt.

This is only my 2nd batch of "floating" soap.
My 1st batch of cinnamon floating soap was a big hit, so I decided
to whip up a (3 lb) loaf of healing calendula infused, shea butter floating soap.
This is a wonderful all over body, including hair soap.

This type of soap is easy to cut because it is so light that a wooden flat slicer
or crinkle cutter is all you will need to cut the loaf into bars.
I prefer the crinkle cutter when cutting floating soap,
because the crinkle cut bars seem much easier to hold on to
and less likely to slip away from small slippery hands.

Circular Maine Sea Salt Irish Moss Soap
made with mineral rich sea salt, grey clay & bentonite clay,
ground Ocean Point, Maine irish moss and pure coconut oil.

Maine Sea Salt Clay Loofah Sponge
with mineral rich red kaolin clay & grey bentonite clay,
finely ground sea salt & pure coconut oil.
The salt adds to the exfoliating qualities of the soap
Salt soap hardens extremely fast, so I had to work quickly.
Most of the soap stayed within the interior part of the loofah,
but a little seeped out before hardening.

Cinnamon Sea Salt Soap
